when using an article such as “a” or “an” you need to take into consideration the word that follows. You said “a artist”. When the next word begins with a vowel, you need to use “an” instead of “a”.
You said, “Who wears a t-shirt of a artist THERE going….” That’s an incorrect usage of the word “THERE”. You want to use the contraction they+are=THEY’RE.
