Despite the rain Friday night the fans still made there way out to a free ( I believe) show at the University of Florida. Cudi and Common both took to the stage for their own separate sets but later they teamed up to perform the now Grammy Nominated song Make Her Say.

    I was at the concert and yes it was free. It was raining the entire time but the fans were still pumped, Cudi was so freakin sick.

    I was there also. It was outside, freezing cold, and raining real hard, but nobody gave a damn as soon as CuDi took stage. Plus the show was free… it was a great show. Common also killed it, but I came for CuDi and he didn’t disappoint. People smokin blunts everywhere in the crowd in the rain.

    I was sooo close to going… I took off work, had my gas tank full, had the freshest clothes picked out lol but it was raining ALL day and my friend i was gonna go with bailed on me. Sooo pissed I didn’t go, but I’ll catch him next time.

    I wanted to add also…. CuDi performed other songs also besides the ones posted here, the one that stands out most in my mind was an amazing performance of “Dat New New” which was great. Just thought I’d let you guys know.

    I will remember this show always… the cold weather and the rain and the super amazing sound system made this one epic.

    this fuckin show was the shit! i had to go! it was free and it was CUDI! how could i not go! when he got off stage me and my friend went behind the stage and tried to find him to get an autograph or something. it got pretty cold and i didnt want to get a cold. we left. turns out, at the end of commons set, he came up for “make her say”! just my luck! and he did the interview bout his grammy nomminations in the white trailor we passed like 30 times! like i was gonna met him anyway. aw well, at least i got to see him perform “Up Up And Away”. that shit was awesome! big ups to u KiD CuDi! peace!

    Hey does anyone know who the DJ performing at the beginning while we waited for Cudi was? I’ve seen him at Grog on wednesday’s too, & am interested in hiring him for an event. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
