Official statement from Kid Cudi:
Kid Cudi has decided to take an early leave of absence from Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball tour, in order to balance his schedule surrounding the recording of his next album and acting commitments. Cudi does not want to disappoint his fans and will move forward with his individual show dates in December and throughout the month of January. –DREAM ON

It`s not about being a cry baby, it`s about people who don`t have this kinda money in the first place and work extra hard to get it and then this happens. I`m not too upset about it because I can see him in Ann Arbor, but everybody doesn`t have that chance.

If you don’t see the date listen in the post then he will not be performing there. Solo shows only. He will not be at any previously scheduled Gaga shows.

I can’t tell you how disappointed my family is right now. We are driving from Phoenix to San Diego tomorrow to go to the concert on Saturday to see Kid Cudi. We were going to celebrate my sons 17th birthday. He is a huge fan of Kid Cudi and we surprised him with the tickets for his upcoming birthday on Tuesday. We invited two of my kids friends, rented a car, purchased six concert tickets, paid for a hotel and it was all primarily to see Kid Cudi. So unbelievably disappointed. We will still take the kids and try to make it fun but I have four very let down teenagers on my hands. Thanks Cudi.
