(Video) Jim Jonsin Talks Kid Cudi x Kanye Collab

In an interview with Rap-Up, Jim Jonsin talks about working with Kid Cudi on his forth coming album “Man on the Moon: The Legend of Mr. Rager”. Jonsin describes the rock influenced track him and Cudi worked on as well as a Kanye x Cudi collab for the album. Interesting of note is his description of what the album sounds like:

It’s a mix. It’s kind of some club stuff, some hip-hop traditional rap stuff, and then some rock-pop stuff. He’s goin’ everywhere

Sounds more like a description of the previous direction of Cudder then the new direction of MOTM.

What Cudi needs to do is make up his mind… first was Cudder, which was to be a compilation album. Then was MotM 2 which was to be darker than his first LP. Now Jonsin says he’s going all over the place (B.o.B style). It’s all very interesting whatever direction he goes, but damn Cudi! I don’t even know what I am looking forward to anymore lol
