Well that came a bit sooner than I thought. The North American release of Shakira’s album “She Wolf” is set to drop on Nov. 23 and on it a few remixes including this Did It Again remix with Cudi.

Very slow weekend (Thanksgiving in Canada) but here’s a new techno remix to Cudi’s Embrace The Martian.

“Embrace The Martian” was originally one of the the standouts from Cudi’s A Kid Named Cudi mixtape, which followed in the wake of Crookers’ nuclear bomb of a remix for “Day ‘N’ Nite”. We heard the tune might be appearing in remixed form on a long-in-the-works Crookers release for Fool’s Gold, and here it is, driven home to acid haus town by British producer Seiji, one of the two flips he did for the new What Up Y’all EP.

Cudi, whos currently in the UK getting ready for his show tomorrow night at 02, did three freestyles while on the Tim Westwood Show on BBC Radio 1. He goes over an unknown house beat, Jadakiss’ ‘Whos Real’, and Red Cafes’ ‘Hottest In The Hood’! You can twit’ that!
