Arlight, so I tried to avoid this but clearly it’s getting out of hand and being posted on countless blogs and sites. And since we’re the #1 Cudi source on the net I feel its up to us to clarify it (Cudi tried already).
Slept in Weeks – WRONG - Extra Large Fail
It’s called Rollin Remix and its by Jackie Chain featuring Kid Cudi. He mentioned this on his blog and clarified it was not his song but a remix. This song is in no way Cudi’s next single, or is it called “Slept In Weeks” or “Catch me”. Those three rumors have been floating around. This track is a single by Jackie Chain which you can purchase on iTunes if you like it.
Can I Be Produced by Ryan Leslie – WRONG - Minor Fail
This is a freestyle Cudi did a while back that was featured in the OnSmash Mixtape “Back to Basics 2″ that we posted in December. Ryan Leslie did not produce this, or at least their is no concrete proof it was produced by him. Also it really doesn’t sound like his production.
With Cudi’s CD due to drop this year, tons of rumours and such will fly around but most won’t be true. This one should be, according to his Twitter, Mickey Factz has worked on or is working on a Cudi track.

On another note, Infamous who helped produce Lil Waynes hit “Mr. Carter” and current single “Prom Queen” is said to be working in the studio with Cudi. Source: Billboard Biz
And finally, we’re also on twitter. Check it out!

Based off that image above…which would date the filming at Dec. 12, 2008 should mean a new video is in the works and on its way. Along with some rumblings I’ve heard lately I think this confirms the fact a new video is coming which shouldn’t be a surprise at all. Cudi looks to be working with Pedro Winter (aka Busy B) who managed Daft Punk from 96′-08′.
