Kid Cudi Complex Magazine Cover + Article

There’s more to Kid Cudi than what meets the eye.
As many of you know Kid Cudi was set to grace the cover of Complex Magazine for the August 2009 issue. The same magazine that has been around since the begining to witness his rise to fame so its great to see him get the cover. Here’s a quick snippet from the article:
Do you consider yourself a weirdo?
Kid Cudi: “Weird” itself, even in the dictionary, is just something that is different and unexplainable. A weirdo is someone who follows their heart. I’m definitely weird, ain’t nothing wrong with that.

Behind the Screen: Kid Cudi’s Video Show

Many of you who’ve been to the Great Hangover Tour have raved about the video/light show thats going on along with Cudi’s Performance. Similair to what Kanye had for the Glow in the Dark tour their’s one giant screen. Digital Content Producer talked with Jonathan Goldstein and Cameron Yeary about the setup and video content for Cudi’s tour. According to the two, there is no moving lights involded with the video content.
“There are no moving lights,” he notes. “Some people would find it hard to get emotion out of a static show but with the WinVision surface and the lighting behind it we’re able to play with an interesting dimension. The lighting and video interact with each other all the time, never over-saturating but really adding dimension.”

Breaking Out: Kid Cudi – Spin Magazine Article

Before I get into this article, Cudi announced earlier that his album will be narrated by fellow G.O.O.D Music member Common to keep with his current Movie based theme.

Kid Cudi Returns Home (Cleveland.com)

Cleveland.com recently had a great article on Cudi a few weeks back so If you didn’t read that make sure to get on it. This time around they did a quick Q&A with Cudder, nothing special but he does talk a bit about him and Chip Tha Rippers forthcoming album “The Almighty GloryUS”.
