Despite the rain Friday night the fans still made there way out to a free ( I believe) show at the University of Florida. Cudi and Common both took to the stage for their own separate sets but later they teamed up to perform the now Grammy Nominated song Make Her Say.

Last night in Chicago, Sprite Green hosted the opening of RSVP Gallery, which is the brand new art gallery/boutique brought to you by Marc Moran, Don C and Virgil Abloh.  The event was sponsored by Sprite Green and G.O.O.D. Music, and the whole city was abuzz about who was going to show up and perform last night.   Hosted by Hollywood Holt & Timbuck2, the night featrured DJ sets from Million $ Mano and Don Cannon (the, the, the, THE CANNON) and surprise performances from such G.O.O.D Music artists as Really Doe, GLC, Mr. Hudson, Consequence, Big Sean, Common and Kid Cudi.

Hot 97 (NYC) and Power 106 (LA) are just two of the radio stations to add Cudi’s new single to their rotation. Today, 25 radio stations around the country added Make Her Say to their rotation prior to the official add date of the song. (Via: MVRemix). Make sure to call into your local radio and request the song along with Day ‘n’ Nite.

Make Her Say is also climbing the digital sales charts quickly. Currently it sits at #23 on the iTunes Top 100 songs and #6 in Hip-Hop/Rap after only being available for less than 48 hours. Make Her Say is also now available on Amazon MP3 for $0.99.

The radio pick up is big as many people doubted it would gain air play because of its lyrics and the need to play the censored version. As expected “Make Her Say” has hit iTunes on June 9 (Its already past midnight in some areas). I’d like to make it clear, this song is a mini-single and not his 2nd single. Cudi’s 2nd official single will be “Skiy Might Fall” which I’m expecting to drop later this month. Also, this will be on his debut album “Man on the Moon”, it was never planned/expected to be on the album originally.

The song is available in two versions, clean and explicit for $1.29.  It’s currently only available in the USA and Canada, not the UK. You can listen to both the clean and dirty version below. I’m not providing the download links for this one. As far as I can tell, I don’t here much of a difference. But I never liked the song to much to really have listened to it.
